9. How to buy from you?
First, customers make an purchase order.
then, we will send a PI to cutomers and a countersigned PI is required as an official comfirmation. 
After that, customers shall finish with the advanced payment, production will start as soon as advanced patment received. 
During the production, we will update the production status to customers. And after production finished we'll offer pics or shipping samples for customers' reference if they need.
Finally, after shipment, customers should arrange the balance upon the receipt of B/L copy,then we'll send original documents to customers for their custom clearence. 
During shipping, we will still have an eye on the goods, and keep in touch with customers.

10. Will you charge the samples and express fees? And how?
Usually, our cutting samples are free.
As to the express fee, Being a well-known leading supplier, dozens of samples are required everyday, this is not a small cost. So our company set a regulation that we only bear express fee for old customers. while new customers need to pay the couriers' charges.
